He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Julie (Bovaird) Boyce; four daughters, Cheryl (Brian) Grimes of Odessa, Jamie Sue Smith of Cayuta, Karen Rider of Cayuta, and Trina Shepherd of Horseheads; a sister, Shirley Fraboni of Dundee, FL; a brother, Elwood (Judy) Boyce of Nokesville, VA; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was an avid Chicago Bears and New York Yankees fan. Arvine was a family man who loved his wife, three boys and eight grandchildren dearly.
Arvine spent the last 20 years working with his son, Wade, at Pike’s Machine Shop.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Dorothy (Dean) Royce; daughter, Terry Royce of Trumansburg; son, Phil Royce of Newfield; grandchildren, Matt, Scott, Kyle and Adrianna; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Age 81, of Dundee, Florida, and formerly of Cayuta, NY, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Gary is survived by his four children: Ryan Brown of Cortland, NY, Tyler and Samantha Brown of Odessa, NY, Craig (Becky) Brown of Cayuta, NY and Paxtyn Brown of Elmira, NY.

He most recently was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Parish.
