2) Next, launch the Broadcaster (a link the broadcaster is available at the top of the page when you are logged in).
3) If you have a pop-up blocker, make sure it is not blocking the window from displaying.
Once you are logged in, click the green "Go Live" button. You may need to allow pop-ups from if you do not see the broadcaster right away.

If moving your Spot Cam doesn't help, then one other possible cause is too limited upload bandwidth.
Spot Cam require a certain amount of upload bandwidth to maintain a steady connection and stream video.
To see your archive clip, view your My Earth Cam page, and click the "Archive" text below the video player. Fill out the form with accurate information so we can better serve you in the future.
Make sure to read our Terms of Service Agreement and check off the box acknowledging that you have done so.
A status bar will slowly grow, indicating how much time is left on the recording.
Archive clips are 1 minute max and you may only have one archive clip at a time.
5) You can adjust the screen size and picture quality here as well.
Once you're happy, click "Start Broadcast," and the button will turn red.
After you select the video source, your webcam should appear in the video window.
